QUIRE ELEVEN CHAPTER FIFTEEN
The Quest for The Solace, Part Four

On Loving The Son of God Go Down Go Up
The Truth
We, the People of God, in imitation of the Son of God, speak the Truth.
Where did the Son of God say that We could find the truth? Jesus, in a prayer to his God and Father, said ": Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth." (John 17:17; Exodus 19:5; 2 Samuel 14:13; Hosea 2:23; Hebrews 4:9; 11:25; Acts 15:14; 1 Peter 2:10).
And what is the Word of God? Can it be anything else but the Bible? Yes, the Bible is the Word of God, and it is only the Bible where the Truth can be found. (Psalm 12:6; 119:160)
The Sojourn
This current Sojourn, which began on 22 July 2024 occurred, when, I accepted a one year lease to live in my current residence, (one room with a bathroom.) What motivated me to agree to this lease is when the local Veterans Services offered to pay seventy-five percent of the monthly rent and leaving me to only have to pay just less than four hundred dollars per month.
However, despite currently having such a reduced rent payment, after moving in and then living here until this time has proven to me that even if my payment was reduced to less than one hundred dollars, I have conclusively decided that when the current lease ends, I will not renew it again here in Washington, but instead, return to the Journey On, well, at least a literal one.

Awake to the sound of my alarm, arise, shower, dress in my summer blues, and then walk to the board to begin my journal entry. Then, I open up my phone and start my study for the meeting today, after which I pack out of the room and drive to the kingdom Hall for the meeting. Today at the meeting, I work on improving one of my personality flaws, that of talking too much. I am successful with my first attempt, but I still need more work to improve to the level I desire to.
After the meeting, I drive back to the motel, pack my computer bag into the room and then begin working on the current website upgrade. At about two this afternoon, I stop pounding keys and begin preparing my m-meal. I grill a chicken breast, cook rice in the pressure cooker and vegetable in the air-fryer. When all the food is ready, I carry it back to the board to eat while I continue to pound keys.

Awake late, walk into the bathroom for a hot shower, after which I dress in my fall blues. Then, I pack out to the jammer and as I open the drivers door, I notice that there is a thick layer of ice on the windshield. So, I set my computer bag and insulated cup on the floor between the front seats, then I put the key in the ignition, start the jammer engine and turn the fan on, setting it to defrost. Next, I ask myself, "What can I use to scrape the ice from the glass?" Then, methinks, an ice scraper is a hard plastic edge with a handle, and as I look into the collection of items on the passengers seat, I see a hair brush, pick it up and think, This should work! I reach in and grab the brush, carry it around to the front of the jammer and then begin scraping the ice from the windshield. After a short time.
Just after eleven this morning, one of the ministry groups enter the cafe for a coffee break and I notice one couple that I have not met as yet. Methinks, this is not the circuit overseer because he will not arrive until next week, so I walk over and greet the brother, who introduces himself as Ken from Michigan. We talk briefly and I mention that I have previously traveled to Upper Michigan and spend a week camping near Whitefish Point, near the town of Paradise and camped near a state park with a long name that starts with a T. He then replies, "Tahquamenon state park?" (pronounced: Tah·qua·me·non), to which I reply, "That is easy for you to say." I then return to my key pounding and a little while later, the group departs back into the ministry.
I continue here for several hours into the afternoon and then pack out to do some grocery shopping before returning to the room, where I pack my computer bag back inside and set up at the board.

Awake, walk into the bath room, take a hot shower, dress in fall blues, pack out to the jammer, drive to the w-mart for coffee, com and computer. I remain here all morning to await for my one o′clock appointment with the Veteran Services officer to receive my next coupons for food and gas. When my phone alarm goes off, I pack out of the cafe, drive to the Veteran Services on NE Regatta Drive, park and walk inside to Tyler′s office.
We talk as he prepares the coupons and he tells me of the time when he was in the military and stationed at the Altus, Oklahoma Air Force Base. I commented that I have traveled throughout the area and camped at Doris campground in Wichita Mountain Wilderness Ares a distance to the east of the Air Force base.
Later, I connect to the mid-week meeting with the Zoom app and listen in on its progress. The meeting ends somewhat early and then we sing Keep on seeking First the Kingdom, after which there is a prayer. Then, after the meeting, I visit with several of the friends for a short time before I bid them farewell. After that, I wrap up my journal entry for today and then get into the horizontal.

Awake to a blustery day, walk into the bathroom for a hot shower, dry off, dress in my summer blues and then step into the kitchen area to boil a liter of water. It is about nine this morning, just as the water begins to boil, when the power flickers, then cuts off entirely. So, I open the front window curtains to allow some light into the room and walk back to the kitchen, where I pour the hot water into the three prepared cups. I then take my three-cup meal to the board, sit down, turn on my computer, of which I have about four hours of battery life and begin composing my journal entry for this day and enjoying my f-meal in the dark, well, except for the that light which is flooding in from outside the room. Still, even with the curtains open now, the light within the room is diminished greatly and casts dark shadows throughout.
Remaining inside and working on my computer while the power outage continues into the second hour of duration and methinks, if the outage persists for much longer, I could very easily get into the jammer and drive north on SH 20, off of the island, then east to the mainland and spend the day their in one of their local w-marts with full power. Just to find out how widespread this outage, I call a friend, Sherry, who lives across town to the northwest of me and find out that, yes, her home does not have power either.
Continuing my key pounding and by noon today, the computer battery arrives at fifty percent charge.

Awake, rise, dress in my meeting blues, pack out to the jammer and then drive to the bean-mart where I order a breakfast burrito and a cup of coffee which I take it to go and eat the food as I drive. I arrive at the Kingdom Hall about ten minutes before the meeting begins and take my seat. The public talk is by a local brother who′s talk is about Armageddon, what it is and what it is not. It is a really well done presentation. Afterwards, I drive to the grocery-mart to purchase a couple items, then to the room and pack my gear inside.
Once inside, I resume my work pounding keys and working on my website pages. Then, at about ten, I turn off the electronics and get into the horizontal.

Awake, arise, walk to the bathroom for a hot shower, dress in my fall blues, pack out to the jammer and then drive to the w-mart for coffee, com and computer. After working on my computer here all morning and into the afternoon, I then pack out and drive back down my regular route to my room. Here, I carry my computer bag into the room, set the computer up on the board and resume more key pounding. Later, I prepare a grilled chicken dish with vegetables and rice, after which I continue pounding keys while eating. I have really noticed that the time of the daylight hours are decreasing continuously as the season approaches the winter solstice.
It is after dark when I decide to turn off my computer, but I then turn on my phone′s video viewer and watch a few videos. Afterwards, I read from the Daily Text, look up a couple of the quoted verses and then finally turn off my electronics, turn off the light and close my eyes for another night of sleeping within walls.

After listening to the rain pummel the roof most all last night, I awake to a nearly clear blue sky. However, it does not take long before the clouds return to fill the sky, however, today, these clouds are high up, thin and not foreboding more rain. I arise, walk into the bathroom, get under the hot water once again and then put on my summer blues. Then, I open my computer to start my journal entry for today. About an hour later, I walk back into the kitchen area to prepare my f-meal and then sit at the board eating while I continue to pound keys. At about one in the afternoon, my good friend Angela stops by, knocks on my door, and when I open it, she hands me my current mail, which amounts to two letters. I thank her, ask her how she is doing, to which she answers, Ever since Andy′s stroke, it has been really hard. I then ask her, "Is there anything that I can do?" She looks at me and says,"Please, pray for us." I then told her that I will definitely do that.
After she left, I return to the computer and resume pounding keys, working on my website.

Awake, arise, shower, dress in my fall blues, pack out to the jammer, drive to the w-mart, carry my computer bag inside for coffee, com and key pounding. Immediately, I recognize that I have left my phone back in the room, so I decide to just have coffee and a breakfast burrito before I return to the room. However, it is after one this afternoon before I actually leave and return to my room.
Upon my arrival back to my room, I carry my computer bag into the room, set up my computer on the board and resume pounding keys. I continue my website upgrade work, and methinks, it is good that I now have the time and circumstance to allow me to work full time on what I am doing. In fact, the current countdown to Journey On being at 225 days, or just over seven months, avails myself with more than enough to accomplish this current update.
Then, at six-forty this evening, I stop and connect with the Zoom app to the mid-week meeting but when the app shows that it is still waiting for the host to join, I suddenly remember that the mid-week meeting was to be held on Tuesday evening this week. "Oh, crap," methinks, "I missed the mid-week meeting." Still, that thought was not the worst one that I have this day, but immediately, I realized that the scriptural instruction provide by the circuit overseer was such information that I might never be able to glean. Still, I am not left entirely without recourse in that I could ask the circuit overseer where he will be visiting next week and attend the meeting at that congregation. Therefore, when I arrive at the Kingdom Hall on Sunday, I will ask him where I might go to listen to his mid-week talks. I just hope it is at a nearby congregations.

Awake, rise, shower, dress in my meeting clothes, pack out to the jammer and drive to the bean store for a breakfast burrito and cup of hot coffee. Then, I sit down at a table to eat my f-meal and when I am done, I drive to the Kingdom Hall and because I am the first to arrive, I move the traffic cones which are blocking the entrance. Then, I drive to my regular parking space and return to preparing for the Watchtower study for today. By the time the friends begin to arrive, I have nearly completed the study, which is an examination of the final forty days of Jesus′ life on earth.
Then, I grab my study bible, open the jammer door and walk to the front doors, greet the two brother there and walk inside. I continue to greet the friends as I walk to the front of the hall to deposit my bible in my preferred seat. After that, I walk about the hall to greet and talk with the friends. Finally the chairman announces that the meeting is about to begin and I return to my seat. The guest speaker is the circuit overseer substitute, who is an elder from the Electric Street congregation in Bellingham.
After the meeting, greet the speaker and he asks me what my name is, to which I tell him, "Thom Buras." He then asks me, "Are you from Louisiana?" I smile and tell him, "Yes, I was born in New Orleans." We talk a little and he tells me that he has visited Louisiana, but I then see that several other brothers are waiting as if in line, to talk with the speaker, so I bid myself goodbye and depart from him. I to continue out of the hall and walk to the jammer. After starting the jammer, I drive to a g-mart to purchase some organic vegetables and then drive back to the room where I pack my things inside.
Then, I spend the rest of this day performing several tasks including chopping vegetables and storing them in separate canisters and placing the canisters in the refrigerator. Also, with some of the chopped vegetables, I cook the latest expression of my new ginger fried rice recipe. Each time I prepare this recipe, I have been recording both how many as well as the portions each ingredients that have been added. As I eat my e-meal, I continue pounding keys on my computer. Later, I turn off my electronics and get into the horizontal for the night.

A little later, I stop, walk back to the kitchen area and prepare my three cup meal. Later, after much key pounding, I stop to prepare a salad for my m-meal and then return to the board to eat while I continue with my work. Even later, I stop again in order to prepare my e-meal which I use previously chopped veggies to cook my ginger-rice stir fry. When the meal is done, I sit down at the board and eat while I pound keys. Then, after I finish eating, I walk into the kitchen area and wash up the dishes and put them in the dish rack.
The evening is spent pounding keys while I listen to several television crime shows. Then, it is after ten this evening, I turn off the electronics, turned over and closed my eyes.

Awake, arise slowly, walk into the bathroom for a hot shower, dress in my fall blues, grab my computer bag and pack out to the jammer. Then, I drive to the w-mart and upon walking in, see Bill and tell him that I have done the research about what we had previously talked about. I sit with him for a short time and show him several scriptures to discuss the scriptural topic and when I had finished, I summed up what the Bible shows is the truth. He did exactly what I remember he had done in the past, he said, "But God is not finished as yet, and he will do so and so." Therefore, as I have learned from previous times, some people are not ready to learn the truth and/or they have been blinded so thoroughly by satan that they are not able to see through the lies.
I then excuse myself, move to another table, plug in and begin pounding keys. Shortly after that, I walk up to the counter and use my stars for a free cup of coffee. Upon returning to the table, I work for a time uploading files to my website and once all of these have been put into their place online, I check to find that everything is working well. Next, I resume my work on the latest update of the files.

A short time late, I rise, walk back into the kitchen area and prepare my first meal and when done, return to the board and eat while I continue my key pounding. I do not even go outside today, not even one time.
After a multitude of keys pounded, a salad for my m-meal and my garlic stir fry for my e-meal, I turn off my electronics and get into the horizontal.

I continue here all day until about five when I prepare my e-meal of which I make a pot of cabbage soup, or what is in fact all of the left over vegetables that I had in the refrigerator, the vegetable with the largest portion being the cabbage. I do go outside to the jammer to retrieve a couple of items and I then sit down to eat while I get ready for the mid-week meeting.
Just before the meeting begins, I connect with the Zoom app and then open my Bible app and listen to the parts. Afterwards, I visit with those friend who are on the Zoom app. After a short time, I say goodbye to friends and disconnect. Then, I open the html editor on my computer and resume the work on my website. I continue at the computer until late tonight and finally retire to the horizontal.

Awake, arise, shower, pound keys and then at about ten this morning, get up to prepare something to eat. When the food is ready, I sit at the board to eat and continue pounding keys, which I do for most of this day. In the late afternoon, I pack out to the jammer and drive to the g-mart to purchase numerous items of fresh vegetables, which upon my return to the room, I get out my cutting board and knife to chop these vegetables, then store them within plastic containers and then put each of the containers in their place inside the refrigerator. I had also purchased organic blue corn chips and fresh pico de gallo sausa and enjoy a portion of this for my e-meal.
Although the light of day is becoming longer each and every day, it still becomes dark early. Too, this time of the year is replete with cloudy skys which are often very dark gray. Still, I persist here in this room in this port town in this northernmost state on the west coast of this nation in the center of this continent.

At nine this morning, I pack out and drive to the bean cafe for a breakfast burrito and coffee after which I drive to the Kingdom Hall. I sit in the parking lot and eat my f-meal and sip on the coffee. Soon, I walk inside, set my Bible down on a seat and then walk about the hall to give my greetings to the friends. Then, the meeting is called to order, I take my seat, and the meetings begins. A local brother gives the talk after which we cover the Watchtower study. Later, when the meeting is over, I say good bye to the friends, walk out to the jammer and drive back to the room.
Upon arriving at the motel, I park, gather my things, walk inside and settle in for the evening. After I change out of my meeting clothes and back into my summer blues, I then prepare something to eat, after which, I sit down at the board and begin to eat my m-meal while I get out my computer, plug it into the power and turn it on. Then, I spend the remainder of this day pounding keys while working on updating some of my maps. When that is done, I then continue my work of the Third Migration page by updating the format of the many Athabascan tribes.

When the meal is done, I portion out some in my bowl and then sit down at the board and begin eating while I continue on my journal entry for today.
It is about eight this evening and I watch a tv show about the wildlife in Yellowstone National Park, a show witch I really enjoy. Just as the show is ending at nine, I hear an explosions outside, which makes me recall that tonight is another worldly holiday and all the people of the world are outside celebrating with their fireworks. I just hope that the noise does not last too long. In no time the explosive display was over, no, it did not last much longer than thirty minutes. Then, I have the rest of the night in quite respite. Awake, arise, walk to the bath room to shower. Then I begin dressing in my meeting blues, after which, I begin packing out to the jammer. Once I have every thing in its place, I then start the jammer engine and let is idle for a couple of minutes. I then turn on the heater and set the direction to rise upwards to the windshield. I keep the jammer at idle for a few more minutes until I see that the warm air has begun to have effect on clearing the windshield.
When satisfied that the windshield has substantial transparency, I drive out of the parking space and set my direction to my regular Sunday breakfast location. After I finish eating my breakfast burrito, I gather my coffee and walk out to the jammer and then drive to the Kingdom Hall. Upon arriving, I see that there are only a few inside, so I decide to sit in the jammer and continue to sit on my cup of coffee. When it is about ten minutes before the meeting begins, I grab my Bible, phone, pencil and then walk in to the hall.
The public talk is delivered by a brother from the Stanwood congregation, who is a really good speaker. After that, we go over the Watchtower study and when that was over, I reflect, "Wow, that went really fast today." After the meeting, I visit with several of the friends before I walk back out to the jammer. When I leave the hall, I drive to the Dollar store but it is out of the two items that I would like to purchase. I also drive to the g-mart and purchase several food items including fresh ginger, cooked beets, and two cases of spring water. I then drive back to the room, unload the groceries and begin to carry in the gallon bottles of water two by two. Then, I close up the jammer and go inside for the evening.
This evening, I return to work on my current web site upgrade, which pages are found at The Earth > North American Geographical Region > Rocky Mountains Region. Finally, after another day of key pounding, I retire to the horizontal and sleep.

Awake to a cold but not freezing morning. I go into the bathroom for a hot shower and then into the kitchen area to prepare my three-cup f-meal. Next, I carry my breakfast to the board and begin pounding keys while I enjoy my food and drink. Later, at about eleven this morning, I notice that light outside has become very bright, so I open the drapes on the front window to see that this day has become quite nice with scattered clouds with a blue sky backdrop. Too, the temperature has already risen to the mid 40s.
I remain here within my motel room all day and continue work on my website pages.

Awake after sleeping in longer than I had wanted, arise, take a hot shower, dress in my fall blues and then pack out to the jammer. Then, I start the jammer, drive to the w-mart and go inside for some hot coffee and key pounding. A little later, two sisters come in and order some coffee. While they wait for their order, they walk over and sit down at the next table. We talk for a short time and soon they get their coffee orders, after which they say goodbye and pack out of the cafe. Later, one of my acquaintances walks in, one who always carries his large size study Bible, grabs a cup of coffee and then sits down next to me. I have tried to witness to this man on a few occasions without success but today, when I offer to show him something in the Bible, he seems to be learning something. So, I thank Jehovah for allowing me to help this person learn something about the Truth in God′s Word, and it really amazes me how Jehovah can use me to witness to those whop I never thought would listen.
In the afternoon, I pack out, stop at the g-mart for a few items and then drive back to the room. I then carry my groceries into the room, put the cold items into the refrigerator and then sit down at the board to pound the keys and finish my journal entry as well as to work some on my current project. Finally, I turn of the electronics and get into the horizontal.

Awake, boil water, dress in my meeting clothes, pack out to the jammer and drive to the bean-mart where I purchase a hot breakfast burrito and ask for a senior coffee. The cashier tries to charge me two dollars and I question her, "Is not the coffee for seniors here free?" She replies, "Yes, with a meal." to which I reply, "I just purchased a meal on the kiosk." She then says, "Why didn′t you order the senior coffee on the kiosk?" to which I replied, "It is not available on the kiosk." I continue, "I have been coming here for breakfast on Sunday morning for the last seven months during which I have been getting my coffee free. The cashier finally fills a cup with coffee and hands it to me. Methinks, this person must be new.
After eating my burrito, I pack out to the jammer and drive to the Kingdom Hall for the meeting arriving about a half hour early. I sit in the jammer and finish the Watchtower study for today. Then, I walk inside and greet Maggie who is talking with Patty and I say hello. Maggie tells me that we had met at a previous meeting, to which I reply, sorry, I have Can′t Remember Stut (CRS), you will have to tell me your name again. This time, I endeavor to repeat her name a couple of time during the rest of the day.
Leaving the Hall, I drive to the d-mart to purchase some individually wrapped toilet paper but their is still not any on the shelf. I leave there and drive to the g-mart where I purchase a four pack. Awake in a heated room with a cold morning outside and I begin my daily routine of taking a hot shower and then sitting down at the board to begin my journal entry. Too, I have three previous days to add journal entries to so I get right to work. At about the time that I have caught up on my journal entry writing, I get a text from Joann asking if today would be a good day to drive to Bellingham to do some shopping. We had previously talked about doing this but had not decided on which day to go and when I awoke this morning, methought that today would be a good day for out off island drive and then I get the text from her.
Then, we agree that at eleven this morning, we should begin. Since the time now is still before nine this morning, I then walk into the kitchenette and prepare my three-cup meal, after which, I resume pounding keys while I eat my f-meal. Too, I set my phone alarm for ten-fifteen, at which time I will pack out and drive north on SH 20 and stop at the home of my friend Joann. Then, in the early afternoon, I pack out of the cafe, drive next door to the g-mart and purchase several items including two packages of a powder mixture of seven mushroom. I have heard of how beneficial it is to add this mushroom powder to hot coffee and thus, I will try it out.
Finally, I return to my room, pack my gear and groceries inside and then set up my computer on the board. I spend the remainder of this day pounding keys while watching a crime drama on the television after which, I retire to the horizontal.

Awake, arise and sit down at the board to begin writing my journal entry for today. I look outside and see it is still dark. I look up into the sky and see the waning gibbous moon of about 96 percent is hanging high above the western horizon. Last evening, I again looked out at the night sky to see the four largest planets shining in a parade of light across the sky. Then, the moon was trailing the planets and racing across the sky with Mars, now in opposition.
It does not take long before the light of day begins to make a show and when I look outside again, there is a marine layer of thick fog in the air. I continue to pound keys and to work on my website pages.
At four-forty this afternoon, I pack out to the jammer and drive south out of town on SH 20 to Arnold Road and the home of Larry and Leuanna with their daughter Selina. Larry had come by my home a couple of days ago to ask me to come for a meal at his home. I arrive at a few minutes before five, park and walk to the front door. Larry opens the door and invites me in to sit in the living room. Then, Monte arrives and takes his seat, then Jason arrives and joins us. Soon after, we move into the dining room, take our seats and after Larry says a prayer, we all begin to pass the mashed potatoes.
After the grand meal, we walk back into the living room for more talk and visiting. Finally, we, the dinner guests say our thanks and good byes, walk out to our vehicles and drive back north into town. I arrive back at my room, pack my gear inside and then set up my computer on the board. I work for a time on my website before I retire to the horizontal.

This evening, I chop the several vegetable that I have and put them within separate reusable containers and store the full containers in the refrigerator. Once I have finished chopping all the vegetables, I add some olive oil to my skillet and begin making a stir fry meal of ten of my different vegetables including: broccoli, cabbage, celery, garlic, ginger, mushroom, onion, parsley, red pepper, rice and I also add ample amount of my spice mix. Awake, hot shower, dress in my summer blues, sit down at the board, turn on my computer, check the com and then begin pounding keys to start my journal entry for today. There was a freeze during the night similar to the last several nights leaving the ground and the vehicles covered with frost. Due to the current Arctic Storm that has inundated North America, I have for several days now, strung an extension cord from inside the room out to the jammer and connected it to a small heater. I then set the heater thermostat to a low heat setting so as to keep the inside of the jammer above freezing. This also keeps the thick frost from building up on the windshield and other windows.
At nine this morning, I walk back into the kitchenette and begin my preparations of my three-cup meal. A short time later, I carry those three cups to the board and begin eating my f-meal while returning to my work on the Earth/Global update to my website.

Awake, hot shower, pack out and drive to the w-mart for coffee, com and computer. Today is day six of the current arctic blast, of which I do not anticipate to last must longer. Still, this is the earliest that such a cold weather storm has hit the North American continent for as long as I can remember. All of the most recent ones have all been during the month of February, such as the one that began to drop down across the continent on Day 904, a major winter storm that drove me south from the home of Joe and Sarah in Tennessee back down to weather the storm camping in a South Texas Campground. That winter storm brought freezing temperatures all the way down to the Gulf of Mexico and as far south as Brownville, Texas.
However, today, this current winter storm has caused winter temperatures and heavy snow conditions all across the continent and as far down to the Gulf Coast states with several inches of snow in New Orleans, Louisiana. Both Houston, as well as the South Texas coast also received several inches.
Upon looking at my coffee-app yesterday, I was surprised to find out that their customer service has awarded me with 1726.2 bonus stars, making my current total 2109 stars, the most that I have ever had. So, I decide to drive to the w-mart today and use as many of the stars as I am able. Thus, I purchase a cup of hot coffee, a breakfast wrap and a chocolate brownie, but that only puts a dent in the number of bonus stars. After eating my breakfast, I walk back up to the counter and purchase the last two packages of 12 packets of instant coffee, which uses another six hundred stars. However, I still have more than 1200 start remaining, so I drive to the other w-mart to purchase more of the instant coffee. Finally, I drive back to the room, carry my computer bag and purchases inside and then transfer the packets of coffee from the boxes into a zip lock bag and place the bag in its place next to the two bags of herbal tea. With that done, I return to the board, set out my computer and return to pounding keys.
At a few minutes before seven, I connect to the congregation for the mid-week meeting and greet the friends already connected and as new ones arrive. After the meeting, when Patty makes the comment "Thom and I are the only ones who have had our video button turned on", I laugh out and say, Yep! I always keep my video on. A short time later, everyone begins to leave, so I too, say "Goodbye" and turn off the Zoom App for the evening.

At one this afternoon, I walk outside and find the temperature to be in the mid 40s, so I decide to drive to the grocery store for some food supplies.
I drive to the g-mart nearest my room, go inside with two grocery bags, grab a cart and then begin shopping. I select quite a few fresh vegetables and put them in the card after which I stop at the dried spice shelf and begin loading the upper area of the cart with many spices. I have nearly run out of my Spice Mix and must needs make a new supply of it for the containers in my food storage bin. I search the shelf in the g-mart and find ten of the nineteen ingredients of my spice mix recipe. At this g-mart, which is named Grocery Outlet all of the containers of organic spices are priced at three dollars each. When I go to find the last remaining spices, I most likely will have to pay much more than three dollars each.

At this time, I get a video call from Doctor Stephanie Ho, who is contacting me by my request for the purpose of discussing the fungus condition on my left leg. After answering numerous questions, she then tells me that she will have the dermatology department give me a call to set up an appointment so that they can obtain a biopsy to determine what exactly this rash is.
After the video conference, I return to my key pounding and work well into the afternoon. Then. at six-thirty, I get dressed for the midweek meeting, pack out of the room and drive to the Kingdom Hall. I sit down in the front row on the left (north) side of the stage so that I can walk up the ramp and not have to climb the stairs to the stage. When brother Merkle announces my part, I walk up the ramp, take my position at the podium and proceed with reading Psalms 141. After that, I sit back down at my seat to listen to the other parts. When the meeting arrives at the midway point where the second song is begun to be sung, I walk back down the island and out the door to depart. Sister Simon walks up to me and tells me that she liked my reading. I thank her and then continue out to the jammer, unlock the door and climb into the drivers seat.
I then drive back to the room, carry my bag inside and sit down at the board to finish my journal entry for this day. Soon, I acquire the horizontal position and close my eyes.

Today is the midway point of my lease internment. Thus, six months have transpired in this room and now, I must endure another stretch of the duplicate duration within my quintessential confinement. Yes, during the first half of this one year lease, I have come to realize that being confined to remain in one place for a year is no less than a prison term for a Wayƒarer. Instead, I ache for the day that I will return to the Journey On, and even the thought of that recurrence eats at my heart as if a revival of my life′s desire is yet to arrive.
The seconds speed past, swelling into hours, then days, a lifetime goes by only waiting, awaiting for the time to arrive. A paradise has God promised His People, yes, a future and a hope, but only in the eyes of the faithful can this day be seen even now.

After several hours being busy at pounding keys, I stop, walk into the kitchen area and prepare a pot of tomato vegetable soup and then sit down at the board to enjoy this meal. After eating, I upload several files to the internet and then get into the horizontal for the night.

Then, I return to the board, upload the photo and include it at my Shelter with Wheels page. However, by noon with the sun now shining brightly, all evidence of the overnight snow has completely melted away. In the early afternoon, it is warm enough for me to walk outside with my broom and sweep the walkway outside my door. I then return back inside and return to pounding keys.
Long after the sun sets and the sky turns dark, I turn off the electronics and get into the horizontal to cover up for another cold winter night.

I get up, walk to the kitchen area and see a crack in the mirror. I examine the air fryer and discover that the heat from cooking exits the rear of the appliance and it was this hot air that was exhausting on the mirror causing it to crack. I then realize that in the future, I will need to keep the appliances pulled forward when I use them so as to keep any future cracks.

Awake, hot shower, dress in my summer blues, boil water, prepare three-cup f-meal, sit down at the board to eat and begin pounding keys to begin writing today&primes journal entry. In doing so, I start just one more dreary winter day in my period of marking time while awaiting for the Journey On, now just a little more than five months hence. This day starts by dragging on, but my marking time slowly increases in speed until this day, like many in the weeks and months of recent past, days which have rush past to a culmination. Therefore, methinks, sitting here marking time in complacency is not my forte, rather, my avocation is to travel, explore, discover, climb to the summit, walk the path, yes, Journey On.
Thus, before I finish this day of complacency, I write these final words upon the pages of my journal.

I notice outside that the it is sunny, the skies are blue and the air is cool, not cold. Then, by ten this morning, the temperature is already in the low 50s. Later, it rises up onto the high 50s.
I continue here in the room pounding keys for much of the day. Then, at six this evening, after the sun sets with a bright orange along the horizon. The light in the clear sky slowly begin to fade as the sunglow turns to burnt orange. As I watch the color slowly dropping to the horizon, I see the planet Venus three hands above the horizon. I continue to watch as the sky darkens to a deep blue while the orange in the sky continues to drop below the horizon. I then bet to prepare for the meeting tonight and when the time arrives at just before seven this evening, I connect using the Zoom app and update my background image with a different sunset photo.
Looking out the window once again, I see that the sunglow has nearly faded to gray, the sky in now a deep dark blue nearly black. It is about six-forty this evening and I break away from the sunset to connect to the meetings and begin to welcome the newbies as they arrive, but most of the friends do not arrive on the app until just before the meeting starts. When the host turns off the speaker access, those of us in the zoom app ready for the chairman to give his greeting. After he extends his greet to all present, the spiritual meeting parts begin.
After the meeting ends, about five or six of the friends on the zoom app remain connected and we talk for about ten minutes when someone says the the host will soon turn exit the zoom app which will disconnect everyone. I look at my screen and see that the exit icon has changed and realize that the host inside the Kingdom Hall has transferred the position of the host to me and apparently left the building. Not long after that, I say good bye, exit the zoom app and turn off my electronics for the night.

As I am organizing my pantry, I begin composing a shopping list for the next time I drive south past Seattle. In fact, that drive south will begin in just three weeks because, the next task that I accomplish today is to reserve a space at an Oregon campground to begin on Friday, 21 March. That camping will be at Viento State Park and continue through the end of the month. During the drive south to Oregon, I plan to stop in Vancouver, Washington at where the natural foods grocery is found.

Like what has happened after several of the previous meetings with zoom, some of the friends stay connected to talk for a long time.
During out discussion, Jade, a married sister in the congregation says she had multiple sclerosis, which she is fighting alternately on and off. I then reply to her with the question, "Did you know that the most important thing to keep us healthy and alive is What we Eat."
Jade did not seem to have an answer, so I began to tell her my story of about how, more than 25 years ago, I began to research the subject of "eating healthy", and how subsequently, I began to save my research to my personal website. I tell her about some of the most nutritional foods that I have been eating and direct her to the web page where I have been recording all of these foods and recipes.

During the night, there was a woman who was repeatedly walking up to room nine trying to get in without success. She would kick or pound the door and then scream "Wake up, let me in!" and other undiscernible words. This continued for about ten or fifteen minutes. She began doing this about midnight, then leave for an hour or so only to return and repeat the procedure again. Each time she did this, it woke me up. She continued doing this until about six in the morning. Needless to say, I did not get much sleep tonight.

Awake, hot shower, then I hear voices outside, one of which I recognize as the same woman who has been waking me up for the last two nights. I open my front door and see her talking to a police officer and step outside and tell the officer, &qout;I would like to make a complaint about this woman." He tells me that he will come to take my statement as soon as he is done here. I then here the officer say that he is trespassing the woman, and learn that her name is Alexander. He tells her that she must leave immediately and if she returns to this property, she will likely be arrested. She hurriedly walks off the property and disappears around a corner.
Then the office approaches me and I tell him about what she has done during the last two night. He tells me that he will add my statement to the report and then asks me if I have my drivers license on my person. I answer no, but, I tell him that I will step inside my room and get it. When I hand it to him, he uses his phone to take a photo of the front of the license.
Then, I return to my room and resume my regular routine and Christy from the bank calls and lets me know that my replacement Visa card has arrived and that I can come by today to pick it up. Next, I continue my 3-cup f-meal preparations and sit down at the board to resume my key pounding while I eat my breakfast.
At noon, I pack out to the jammer, drive to the bank to retrieve my replacement debit card and ask for four new sleeves. Then, I sit in the jammer outside of the bank and exchange the sleeves on all of my bank cards on at a time. When I have completed doing this, I put the cards back into my neck wallet, start the jammer engine and then drive to the g-mart to purchase some powder foods, a bottle of olive oil and a few organic vegetables. Returning to the room, I begin to unpack and stow my foods. The two powders containers, I put aside on the table for me to add them to my MRP mix at another time. Then, I take out my computer and return to pounding keys.
This day seems to go on and on so I prepare my evening meal a hearty tomato base vegetable stew and when the stew is done cooking, I prepare a large bowl for me to eat and transfer the remaining stew into several food container which I store in the refrigerator adjacent to the broth soup made last Sunday. Now, I have enough prepared food to last until my departure on Wednesday, 19 March to drive south to Oregon for my three weeks of camping.
Then, after eating, I experience a food induced stupor and just do not want to do any thing but sleep. Therefore, at seven-thirty this evening, I get into the horizontal, pull the covers up over myself and close my eyes. Later, shortly after midnight, I awake, pick up my phone and watch some videos but afterwards, getting back to sleep proved to be nearly impossible.

Awake, hot shower, boil water, prepare my 3-cup f-meal and then sit down at the board to eat and then begin pounding keys. Afterwards, I retrieve from the jammer storage, the four one-liter containers of the MRP mix, and add the recently purchased eight ounce organic powder mix, which include; beet powder, ginger powder, goji berry powder, cinnamon powder and some ground black pepper. All these ingredients will add much by the way of providing an energy boost as well as healing and nutritional properties to the new batch of my MRP mix.
Shortly after noon, I get out one of the containers of soup, the broth based one and have this for my m-meal, after which I get out one of the packages of cooked beets. When I have finished eating, I return to my key pounding and work on my website, which takes me long into the afternoon.

Awake, hot shower, boil water, prepare 3-cup meal, sit down at the board and enjoy my f-meal as I pound keys. This morning, I have begun working on my Lunar Eclipse page by trying to update it with all the new features of my newest templates. I only last for a couple of hours before I reach a stopping point and walk into the kitchen area to prepare my e-meal.
Afterwards, I return to the board to eat and continue pounding for several more hours. Then, long after the sun sets, which occurs after seven pm this time of the year, I turn off my computer and retire to the horizontal for the night.

Awake, hot shower, dress in my meeting clothes, drive to the Kingdom Hall, park and then walk inside just a few minutes before the meeting begins. I receive several greeting as I walk into the front of the hall to find a seat. Almost immediately after finding a seat, the chairman calls for the meeting to begin. We sing a song, a prayer is said and then a local brother, Larry is called up to give the public talk. Larry, first gives up his outline of how he will help us to see what a ransom is, who paidv the ransom, who was it paid to and finally, how we benefit from the ransom. Afterwards, the congregation goes through the Watchtower study which considers how a husband can show honor to his wife. I believe the important principles that I gleaned from this study are: 1. If a husband does not treat his wife well, his relationship with God will be affected; and 2. A husband should always treat his wife in a kind and dignified way and never harsh and/or demeaning. After the meeting, I say my good-byes, walk out to the jammer, start the engine and drive back to the room.
One I park in my room space, I pack my computer bag inside, change from my meeting clothes into my summer blues and then set up my computer so that I can resume pounding keys. Then, at three this afternoon, I walk out of the room, open up the jammer and begin organizing my food stores. Shortly after that, the tenant in room 20 pushes his board, laden with foods and appliances down to the area in front of room 8 and 9. I ask him what he is doing, and he tells me that he is moving out and wants to give everything away to anyone who wants the items. I look it over and pick out a small single burner electric stove and a two quart cookpot with glass cover. After returning to my room to deposit the items on the table, I walk back out to the table to look for anything else that I might want and find a half full bottle of olive oil and a bag of pure cacao from Peru. I talk with the young man, whose name is Anthony who tells me he is from Norfolk, Virginia. I reply that I have been there, when I visited my sister and her husband who was stationed in Virginia Beach Naval Station Norfolk. He then tells me that he has some herbal teas and asks if I would like to have them he will bring them out. I tell him, yes and he gives me several packages of loose leave teas along with a tea ball. I thank him and then return to my room.
Then, I return to my key pounding and continue until after dark again. Finally, I get into the horizontal. Now, I have three nights and a wake up before I start my brief Journey On.

Awake, hot shower, boil water and prepare my 3-cup f-meal, after which, I sit down at the board to enjoy my breakfast while I begin pounding keys to start today′s journal entry. I have begun using some to the food stores that Anthony gave me, particularly, the herbal tea, of which I really like the one that I used. Further, I have using some of the cacao together with my Golden Milk powder and hemp milk to make a hot chocolate drink. This drink is a new taste for me and one in which take a little time for me to become accustom to. While I sit on this drink, I continue my work on several of the files that I have open in the html editor, files that I have been continuously updating and adding information to for several days prior. Too, I shall be working on this same section subject for a time to come.
