Water birds called aerialist are birds which forage on the slender wing, moving slowly along the coastlines, lake shores, rivers, and marshes keeping constant watch on the water and shores in search for a piece of food.
Aerialist include: brown pelican, frigatebird, gulls, skimmers, and terns.
In this gallery, there are three orders, Charadriiforms (gulls ane terns), Pelecaniforms (pelicans), and Sulifomes (frigatebirds).
Orders of the Class Aves
Orders include: Charadriiformes, one Family; Pelecanifomes, one Family; Suliformes, one Family.
The Charadriiforms has one family with many genus and species.
The Pelican and Frigitebird orders each have only one family, one genus and one specie.
