The coast of Texas spans from the Sabine River at the Louisiana state line down to the Rio Grande River at the Texas state border adjacent to Mexico and which coastline includes about 367 miles and ranks sixth of the 23 states that have oceanic coastlines.
The coastline of Texas is all found adjacent to the Gulf of Mexico and found on the Southeast side of the state.
