Archaeologists have found a variety of objects that form a clear image of this stone stackers life and culture. Their pottery was not only the most beautiful anywhere, but also very useful. These people were also proficient in weaving, creating close-coiled baskets, and intricately woven sandals from yucca and agave fibers. To help these people both function and survive in a desert environment, they made a variety of tools from bones.
