Speaking of the coming Messiah, the Psalmist Ethan who was an Ezrahite said that he shall endure forever, that his throne shall stand for ever, like the Sun. Too, he went on to say that the throne shall be established for ever, like the moon. From this promise, we can see that both the Sun and Moon shall be a faithful witness in heaven and be there for ever. (Psalm 89:36-37)

Thus, the Bible speaks of the heavenly bodies as Faithful Witnesses to both God′s creative powers and the truthfulness of his promises. The Messiah will come and the Sun and Moon will stand for ever.
