The 2021 Journey, Rio Grande High Bridge Go Down Go Up
Tuesday, 06 April 2021, Rio Grande High Bridge, NM.
(Day 958 TG) 44°F. 6:00 am, sunny
Overnighting in a rest stop
Elevation: 6989 feet
Coordinates: 36.476111, -105.732222
I awake, turn on the jammer engine to warm me, then turn on the computer to go through the recent photos and a little later walk to the mens room. I talk to several people who stop here, offer my card to most, and I take some photos of the bridge from a couple of locations.
I am able to get a lot done on my web site and then I begin thinking where I will go next, some place where I will have internet access as I do not have internet here.

The 2019 Journey, Rio Grande High Bridge Go Down Go Up
(Day 223 TG) 30°F. 8:00 am, sunny, clear blue
Overnighting in a parking lot
Sleep very late this morning until the sun begins to warm up the jammer and then rise, dress in my winter blues and then head for the w-mart for coffee, com and to continue pounding keys.
Then, I spend a morning drive to several locations on the Rio Grande river and by afternoon arrive at the Rio Grande High Bridge where I stop to take photos of the bridge and gorge.
