The Cause of Gout
What Causes Gout?
Gout is a disease in which the defective metabolism of uric acid causes arthritis, deposition of chalkstones, and episodes of acute pain.
Gout happens when uric acid levels become elevated and then collects in one or more joints in the form of sharp crystals. These elevated levels of uric acid crystals occurr most commonly in the big toe, feet, ankles, fingers, wrists, knees or elbows.
No matter how mild or severe your gout is, you want to be rid of it as soon as possible. However, to get back to normal you must address the root cause of gout: High Uric Acid Levels.
Why it is Important to Stop Gout
These jagged crystals literally stab the soft tissues around the joint causing the pain, swelling, and inflammation. The immune system then sends in white blood cells, which are ripped open by the sharp uric acid crystals, causing even greater pain and inflammation.
When left untreated, uric acid continues to collect in the joints and gout attacks tend to get worse and worse over time.

The Cure for Gout
What Medical Options are available?
Commonly used medications include nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), colchicine, or corticosteroids. These reduce inflammation and pain in the areas affected by gout and are usually taken orally.
Medications can also be used to either reduce the production of uric acid (xanthine oxidase inhibitors such as allopurinol) or improve the kidney's ability to remove uric acid from the body (probenecid).
Are Natural Remedies are Available?
Yes, many well-informed Gout sufferers have turned to natural remedies to help balance Uric Acid levels and regain control over gout-related symptoms.
These natural remedies are often used in order to avoid the cost, inconvenience, and side effects of prescription gout drugs. It is important to always do your research about any natural remedy you may try so you can make an informed decision about your health.
What is the Natural Way to Stop Gout
The first thing you have to do is eliminate the excess sugar and grains in your diet, as well as processed meat. That means you need to kick that sugar addiction, as sugar feeds yeast in the body and all conventional grains turn into sugar.
Meanwhile, processed meats are full of unhealthy hormones and antibiotics, all of which adds much uric acid to your system. Too, stay away from alcoholic drinks as they too turn into sugar. These are just a few things you can do right now to eliminate gout symptoms.
To help reduce gout, use the Wayfarer′s food preferences as shown in The Real Way, Life Path Step Three, The need for Living Food.
The best food includes eating plenty of organic vegetable, organic fresh spices, wild caught or range fed meat, bone broth, and don′t forget the organic celery seed. Please check out the recipe for the a Wayƒarer′s Chicken Soup.

The Gout Prevention
What Will Help Remove and Prevent Gout?
A diet based on living food is the best approach. To see an improvement is only a couple of day, follow a diet which removes or reduces alcohol, sugar and grain intake, removes non ranges fed meats and has increased portions of fresh fruit, vegetables.
Nutrition wise there are the following supplement that are beneficial as remedies in helping to remove and or prevent grout.

Supplements
Black Cherry Extract (tart cherry)
Tart cherry extract and cherry juice reduce both inflammation and uric acid buildup in the body.
Cherries are extremely beneficial to health, including the prevention of: cancer; cardiovascular disease, diabetes, inflammatory diseases, and Alzheimer′s disease.
Cherries have high levels of antioxidants that fight free radical damage and protect body cells. Cherries are high in potassium which reduces the risk of stroke, alleviates hypertension, lowers high blood pressure, reduces muscle cramping, and improves muscle strength.
Cherries are a nutritionally dense food rich in anthocyanins, quercetin, hydroxycinnamates, potassium, carotenoids and melatonin. In addition, cherries are a high-fiber food and excellent vitamin C food source. Sweet cherries also have a lower glycemic index of 22.
Cherries help promote weight loss, boost heart health, reduce inflammation, treat disease, help sleep cycle.
Celery Seed Extract
Celery seed extract and celery juice decreases uric acid buildup in the body and is useful for many conditions made worse by inflammation including: arthritis, gout, irritable bowel syndrome, kidney and liver infections, skin disorders, and urinary tract infections.
Buy the supplement or the extract. Also, use a vegetable juicer to make celery juice or just eat celery throughout the day.
Nettles
Nettles is a powerful anti-inflammatory phytonutrient. Phytonutrients reduce blood pressure, inflammation and cholesterol.
Nettles can be obtained as a supplement or in tea form.
Fish Oil
Fatty fish like salmon, mackerel, herring, lake trout, sardines and albacore tuna are high in omega-3 fatty acids, a very important food to improve health.
Increasing omega-3 fatty acid consumption through foods is preferable. Eat more fatty fish and even consider some supplements with fatty fish oil containing omega-3 fatty acids.
Proteolytic Enzymes
This enzymes treats gout as well. This enzyme is found in the core of pineapple and is referred to as Bromelain.
Bromelain is a digestive enzyme which reduces uric acid and inflammation.
Magnesium
One particular alkaline mineral that is very beneficial in treating gout is magnesium. Increasing magnesium, especially from natural food sources decreases uric acid formation in the body, making it an effective treatment for gout, particularly acute cases of gout.
