The Flours and Powders, Greens Powder
Greens Powder Mix
One super food that I use often is a greens powder mix. I have found that there are many brands of pre-mixed greens powder that have become available. I have looked at the ingredients of most and have come to choose one brand whenever it is available, because it is organic, non gmo, gluten free and even vegan, (although I am not vegan.) It also includes a probiotic complex and an enzyme complex.
The greens lists includes: alfalfa leaf, barley grass, broccoli powder, burdock root, chlorella powder, dandelion leaf, dulse powder, ginger root, horsetail, kale powder, kelp powder, nettle leaf powder, nopal cactus powder, oat grass, parsley leaf powder, spinach powder, spirulina powder, and wheat grass.
The probiotic complex includes: Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifidobacterium lactis, Lactobacillus acidophilus, lLactobacillus caseiu.
The enzyme complex includes: Bromelain (from pineapple), Papain (from papaya), and vegetarian pepsin.
